OUR SIMPLE PROCESS FOR A HEALTHIER YOU
When you're ready to get your life back, you need a simple process. Here at My Healthy Obsession, a Plymouth, MN Fitness and Nutrition trainer, we want to help you make healthier easier. By following our simple process, you can reduce joint pain, improve your health, and serve those around you. When you contact us, we'll start you on our 3 step process.
1. LEARN ABOUT YOU
When it comes to improving your health and reducing your everyday pain, we know the struggle is real. Before we can get to work, we want to get to know you. During our initial conversation, we'll discuss your health history, learn a bit how what makes you tick (encouragement, tough love, or 80’s pop music), and your exercise and/or nutrition preferences. We mix these ingredients together to create a healthier you.
2. GET COOKING WITH NUTRITION AND WORK OUTS
After our initial meeting, we're ready to get cooking (literally and figuratively)! We send you our starter packet, beginner recipe list, add you to our private Facebook page for clients (with healthy ideas and cooking videos galore!). We schedule workouts with you, and gradually bring you up to speed as we match your fitness capabilities with the right amount of intensity.
3. DEVELOP YOUR GAME PLAN
We supplement each workout session with a video summary of your workout that we email to you so you can execute each workout on your own without struggling to remember what to do. Between precise workouts with us and an exact game plan for when you train on your own, a fitness plan falls into place.
